we had a room with sea views. for dinner, we went to anaya's indian restaurant, it was steps away from the venue. it was a 3-star hotel in every way.

A wide array of extra supplies: an air conditioning, an iron and a radio. The location was fantastic there. Plus, we were 15 mins by foot from Clark Memorial Church. The standard queen room was gorgeous, comfortable bed. Actually everything was lovely.

We went to Tony Macaroni for dinner, it was only 200 metres away and we were satisfied. All in all an enjoyable experience. Next to kelburn castle and estate, 15 minutes' walk to Largs train station.

Breakfast is SATISFYING and the location is good. J g sharps bar, where you can eat, is within walking distance of the hotel.
Can’t fault the property in any way.
